Craig Carey has 20+ years' experience working as a business coach, consultant, non-exec and advisor across a range of different sectors - charity, social enterprise, NGO, SME and finance (specialising in Insolvency and business turnaround). Craig has previously worked at Social Enterprise UK and Pilotlight. Craig has an MBA and degree in Economics and is an accredited practitioner for Strategy On A Page, Harrison Assessments and Talent Dynamics.

Ben has worked in the social enterprise sector for over 35 years in the UK, helped found two national charities, Aspire, the UK's leading Spinal Injuries Charity and Breakthrough Breast Cancer, now the UK's largest Breast Cancer Charity and was a founding participant member of Pilotlight. He is also the owner of the Prince Charles Cinema in Central London as well as Singalonga Productions that produces film and theatre events worldwide.

Craig and Ben started Bubble Chamber 5 years ago as a response to our view of enterprise based on working with 100's of organisations that confusion in leadership, strategy and culture is holding back the growth of the 4th sector. Providing clarity in these 3 areas is the key for the CEO to unlock the talent of their senior teams, board and staff.
